Highly recommend! Impact Auto Body Ottawa is incredibly friendly and thorough. I immediately knew I was in good hands. He took the time to explain everything to me regarding my car that was hit while it was parked. They sent progress emails along the way so I was always in the loop. The shop is beautiful and the repair was flawless. Also, the car was cleaned and smelled lovely when I picked it up. Very happy I found this spot!

The whole experience from beginning to end was great. They kept me informed on every step of the process with images of their progress. They did an awesome job on the car. It looked like it was never damaged. And even after I got it home and found a tiny little ding that was not addressed, Will was extremely great about addressing my concern and having it fixed immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants real customer service. Everyone, The receptionist, the estimator, the painters, everyone was polite and professional. Thank you Impact Auto Body Ottawa!!

Very professional, kept me informed, small mix up on deductible payment. The insurance company waived the deductible but they had not received it yet. I showed them my email and there was no problem. They cleaned the interior and exterior. This may be the norm anymore but I was surprised. Work seems excellently done. I've only had it back 1 day but so far no issues.

Outstanding service provided by Impact Auto Body Ottawa and the entire crew. I could not be more satisfied with the service. You could truly feel how everyone was sincerely trying to help you out without overcharging you like at other places. They treat you like family since the minute you walk in. I would totally recommend this body shop to everyone I know and don't know. It is a true example of professionalism, efficacy, and amazing customer service. I had an exceptional experience!

I took my car for bodywork and the quality of the work that was done was flawless. They repaired and matched up the car paint perfectly. The manager and the mechanics are very friendly and accommodating. Best auto repair and body shop in Impact Auto Body Ottawa! I recommend.
