When I realized that I was going to need to tow my vehicle today, it wasn’t a happy moment. But the experience with Alliance was actually very pleasant. The driver was prompt and friendly. My car was hooked up and on its way to the mechanic very quickly. I paid cash and the driver even brought me back money when I accidentally over paid him. I hope I don’t ever need a tow truck again, but if I do I will call Alliance Towing Ottawa.

Fast, friendly and efficient. The driver - Ibrahim - took care with my vehicle and could not have been a nicer guy to deal with. Highly recommend this company and driver.

My boy Abe came super fast and hhelped me out in a tight spot. He told me 20 mins over the phone and came in 15. Changed my tire in about 5 mins. Highly recommend to anyone needing assistance!

Best service experience! Ibrahim arrived with a smile and quickly assessed the towing situation. He was extremely professional and results-focused in addressing the unusual issue which involved jacking up the car and removing a cloth tarp twisted behind the wheel. Instead of simply towing the car away to nearest garage, he said "lets just deal with this now and you can be on your way home". Within 5-7 minutes, the job was done to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend Alliance towing and thank you Ibrahim for the excellent and efficient service.

!WARNING Do Not Use this company! They scamed me. I called them to tow my car from my mechanics to the dealership which is 1.6km from each other. They told me the fee would be $99 hook up plus $3.50 per km. I agreed to that price. I trusted them and gave them my credit card over the phone to process the payment. Here is what they ended up charging me: $99 hook up fee + $3.50 per km from where my car was to where it was going + $3.50 per km from their location to where my car is + $3.50 per km from where they dropped off my car back to their office location + $10.00 professional fee (no clue what this is for) + over $7.00 for visa processing fee (if I knew that then I would have met them at the dealership and paid cash) + over $10 for a fuel charge fee. I called them to resolve this as all of these charges were not part of the agreement. The person who claimed they were the manager hung up on me twice and was not interested in resolving my complaint. I wasn't even asking for all the fees that were not mention at the time of hiring the service to be returned to me, I was only asking for them to return the charge in km going from their office and back to their office. I was totally scammed by this company.
