Have purchased several items for my jeep there and service is always top notch and they stand by their products . UPDATE May 24.2018. I have been extremely satisfied with Action up until this point . Last August I purchased a 1100 dollar bumper 450 dollar fog light kit and and install wiring for 600 dollars through the Collingwood store . Prior to that I purchased a trailer hitch and install plus other items that have probably put me in the 4500 to 5000 dollar range...a significant amount for me . After three months of winter I noticed that my recently purchased bumper was rusting out in several places much to my surprise and dismay at the product. I brought this to the attention of the store manager who took photos of the rust . I was assured that the product would be replaced and that I would be looked after . After 3 month of passing by the store I heard nothing and was advised that these things take time ..... on my last visit to pursue this matter the staff had changed and the manager had been replaced . The current manager advised me that he KNEW NOTHING about my dilemma and that he would relaunch and investigation again taking photos of the bumper . To his credit he assured me he would have an answer within three days and sure enough Mathew came through saying the bumper would be replaced . When I asked about an install I was advised that I would be charged 200 plus again for having the new bumper installed and going through the whole process twice . I find this disheartening after spending so much money there and having to pay for an install on what appears to be an inferrior product to begin with . I do like the bumper but questions arise as to its quality and the cost of the reinstall and why did it take so long to receive an answer from from one manager to the next . So there is no confusion I am happy of the replacement outcome but having to pay up again does not seem reasonable to me as a customer who has spent a considerable amount of money at this location . From this point on I have no plans on spending any more of my hard earned money at Action Car and Truck and will look elsewhere for accessories for my Wrangler . I do thank MATT for his effort in this matter. From this point on it appears that when asked about where my accessories for my jeep came from and extolling.the positive points of this company to my friends and fellow jeep enthusiasts it will be be the exact opposite Regards

I purchased a tonneau cover from this dealership. The hinges broke after 4 months, I went to the dealership and was told they would have to order them as there were none available. I waited 6 weeks unable to use the cover. When called and told the parts had arrived I went to the dealership to get them I discovered they had ordered the wrong part, even though they were were the ones who took the broken part out prior to ordering. I needed hinges they ordered clamps. Stay away
