Their driver caused a collision by trying to pass 2 cars just before a no passing zone and a traffic light that was out due to a power outage and thus was a 4 way stop. Then someone higher up (allegedly the owner) showed up and cussed out the victim. They seem to have no accountability or morals from the employees to the management.

So after filling my truck with (cheaper) gas on my way back to Canada, just a few km from the border, I discovered my vehicle wouldn't start. Several passersby offered to give me a boost and tinkered with the starter, but still the motor wouldn't turn over. Nice people around here, I thought. But nothing prepared me for the friendly, professional and completely caring service I got from the owner of Steve's Towing. He came recommended by the gas station staff as well. Not only was his response time brief, but he greeted me, carefully loaded my truck onto his flatbed, and proceeded to call around and take me to several repair shops he knew. All in an effort to get my vehicle repaired that afternoon and get me back on the road in time to make an evening meeting I had in Canada. What great service at a fair price ... and a genuinely nice man.

Was about to pull out of the holding lot and I was stopped by an employee who was harassing me as I pulled out because I was taking my time. Unprofessional and I don’t recommend going here.

If you are a business who charges money for keeping you car then atleast be open 7 days a week and not charge for the day you guys aren’t even working.
