Went to the dealer for the regular oil change (a bargain by the way given what they check for you) and had to decide on when and what types of tires to purchase to replace both damaged and worn out tires. The counter staff was extremely helpful and even brought out one of the mechanics to look my vehicle over (2015 Wrangler) and discuss the options. After learning a bit more about my driving habits, use of the vehicle off road, they offered me several alternatives. Together we viewed those options on their computer, costs, any special promotions and then proceeded with an order. I took the Wrangler in for installation of the tires today. It went very smoothly and when completed the counter staff (Ken) and mechanic (Mike) took me out to the vehicle to look it over, explain a few things to me and ensure I was pleased with my selection. The attention and courtesy extended by the staff was exemplary and certainly not expected. A big thank you to Ken and Mike for helping with the decision, and rushing to fulfill my order and installation so I could leave on a long planned trip. Thank you gentlemen!!! I highly recommend the service department at St. Clair Chrysler.

Although given a rental free of charge, I did not feel I should have been expected to take the dodge van back. It has had three trips to the shop for service in the one year I have had the lease. First it was a driver's window that stopped working. It was stuck in the down position. Next it was a rusted part between the back tires which made it impossible to steer and finally, the last event was a broken back axle. Seriously, was this van in a flood zone or hurricane before making its way to St. Clair? I have been leasing from SC Chrysler for twenty years for the sole purpose of having a vehicle I can depend on. This lease has been a disaster. It has been in the shop more than any car I have OWNED and it is only a year old! I feel the company should have offered me another vehicle rather than sending me on my way, assuring me nothing else would go wrong. Again, seriously? Three strikes on this one already Chrysler. I felt my concerns were ignored; placated is more accurate. This infuriates me. Two of the situations caused by faulty parts could have killed someone had I been on the expressway. Yet, Chrysler sends me on my way with a lemon of a lease. If this is how I am treated, whether twenty years a costumer or one, I will have to seek out another dealership/car manufacturer when this lease ends. This was a no brainer. This vehicle failed and put a family (and others) in harms way, not once but twice. Three major issues with one lease in one year's time. Time for a replacement vehicle for duration of lease. I'm very disappointed.

Mike and Dennis are awesome. They do everything in their power to get you the best price. Mike answers all of your questions. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I would not go anywhere else to have service done to my Jeep. The service department is phenomenal! I was having an issue with the rear end of my Jeep and FCA was giving them a hard time about fixing the issue. They were able to get the problem fixed and kept me in the loop the whole time. I will always continue to go here!
