Great service, great advice on care and maintenance of our vehicles. Friendly atmosphere. They ask us about our driving habits. Our whole family tends to do long road trips for business and school, Kells make sure our vehicles are running at optimum so we don't have breakdowns or let us know that something should be fixed before going for long distance (ex. brakes). We feel like they actually care about us and want to keep us safe driving on the road. Definitely recommend!!!

They tried to rip me off with a "bad wiring" claim, when I had just blown a few fuses. Then recently, I had them tow my car to my mechanic & the tow-truck driver was so careless, he cracked my oil pan! DO NOT TRUST THE "MIDAS TOUCH". THEY DO NOT GIVE A F***.

Horrible services EVER! They damaged my car front bumper and never owned up to the damage. They were the only one's who towed my car to the Dealer for repairs which arrived with the front bumper ripped by the tow wench. I would never use them OR Mazda Roadside Assistance. CAA IS THE WAY TO GO!
