My 2007 Monte Carlo door would not close, I was at my school (algonquin college) in the visitors parking lot and they said it would've been a 30-40 minute wait, I waited for an hour and I called them to just figure out how much longer it would be and I would've been understandable if it was traffic, or something else blocking them, but they stated they were there 15 minutes prior to the call when no one came. They knew what colour, and model my car was and didn't go near it, I would have seen them. I was in the P building (just outside of the visitors parking lot) because it was freezing and my battery isn't the best in my car and my door wasn't closing so being cold would have been an issue if we stayed inside the vehicle so we were in that building in front of the doors so we could see when people come in or out of the parking lot and NO ONE came in, not even a person, nevertheless a tow truck. I was not impressed because they knew my number and they chose to ignore my number (I did mess up on my number the first time but then after I realized that I said 'it's actually 613...' and they did not call at all, and when I called back after they told me those were their last guys and they were on their way to Kingston at that moment.
