Awesome bunch of people to deal with...always helpful and honest.

5 years ago I had a problem with the exhaust system in my Ford Escape. I took it to some other mechanics and they thought it was the transmission and the fix was going to be big bucks. Soon after, I heard about Ruthven Auto and was told to go there for another opinion. So I did. Not only did they properly diagnose the problem, but also fixed it and saved me a tonne of money because of it. So now I recommend them to everybody. I even sent my parents there when they were having a problem with their vehicle and they were very impressed with the service and the knowledge and the pricing as well. Anyways, it's been 5 years and other than regular maintenance, I did have to bring it in again recently because of another problem. Needless to say, the service was great as always and that is why I write the review.

I went in to have my transmission refurbished and they sent it back with such a big hole in the muffler it's unbelievable. They knew it happened but didn't fix it and now my truck stalls Cuz of how big of a hole is in my muffler it's screwing with my 02 censor. They had no compassion for cracking my muffler and refused to fix it. They even offered suggestions on how to fix it myself
