Worst service I've experienced, bar-none. Our needs went unattended for an hour while others were helped behind us in line, misleading information over the phone was given to us, after service was paid we waited for monetary change and our vehicle for an extended time. The services are well overpriced. I was looking forward to a seat A simple transaction turned into days of back n forth. They need more hands, more clarity with customers.

I would like to thank John the office manager. I had an issue with the company, John contacted me right away to address the problem very polite and respectful he is. The problem was resolved and I look forward to doing business with John in the future

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Just like you see in many comments they are definitely illegally towing. Working close with the police in Detroit. They tow your car then hold it and don’t put it in the system so you have no clue if your car has been towed or not. This leaves you with only one choice and that’s to report it stolen. After a day or two they will “find” your car and you have to go pay a rediculous amount to get your car back. I hope and pray they get a lawsuit and crumble to the ground! Be careful and just pay the valet or the few bucks for parking inside the garage.
