Ok.what can u say bout a tow yard? The guy at desk was prompt and polite. Didn't like that because car got there 15 mins before midnight until 9 am only it was charged for 2 nights because it became midnight while it was on the lot 🤔

these people are racist and rude they are ignorant and arrogant. they tow for the Detroit police department so they will be rude to you and know they have relationships with the Detroit police department and will try to bully you every step of the way. This is a mob racket with the police department, they give kick backs to cops to have your car towed for no reason. its horrible whats going on in the city of Detroit with criminals in cop uniforms in cahoots with criminals with tow trucks.... They feel as if they owe you no respect because they have your car and will try to refuse to give you your vehicle back so they can keep charging you storage fees

Terrible customer service. They don't treat you like a customer, not even a human. I had to spend about 3 hours here while waiting to get the necessary documentation to retrieve my car (understandable). However, while I was waiting, I sat in their freezing, dirty, small "waiting" room (which is essentially like sitting outside in the 15 F weather), subjected to use the restroom (pee) outside in the snow, communicate w/ them through a tiny hole (the window is completely tinted so you can't even see who you're talking to), walk 10-15 minutes in an unsafe area after a recent huge snowstorm to get to an ATM b/c they only accept cash (which they didn't mention during the entire time I was there). Keep in mind, I am not calling them individually blatantly mean or rude. I personally cannot say that. However, their company is not run like a business that cares about their customers.
