$756 for towing 5 miles and 2 days storage: Seized my car without my consent. I kept on calling and asking I need to take my car but she kept telling me the office is closed over the weekend but they still keep towing other cars. Weekday you have got the same number and same lady no difference, but they just want to make the money by illegally keeping your car. They charged me $756 for 5 miles and 2 day storage. Over the phone they will quote you $72 after taxes for 5 miles and $125 for 10-15miles. But will charge you over $300 for 5miles instead.

This place is ridiculous. Got pulled over, my car was towed, etc. etc. I called Friday at 3PM to get my car. Lady named Jackie said 'The guys that do the paperwork are gone for the day.' Waited all weekend. Called Monday morning, Jackie said: 'Oh the same guys that do the paperwork aren't in yet. They work from 10AM-4PM" With those hours, how can anyone make it to pick up their car? Called a couple hours later, Jackie tells me the same guys haven't done the paperwork yet and to leave my number and she'll call me back. Half an hour after that, Jackie calls me to verify where my car got towed from and that the paperwork is wrong. Says she'll call me back with the total amount due. Tired of waiting, knowing that the call would never come, I CALLED HER BACK and she finally tells me the total damage. Over $300+ for a tow and 4 days of storage. The towing fee alone was over $120 for a 4 mile tow. $50 per day to just let my car sit there in the snow because it took them four days to do the paperwork... Add the fact that you can only pick up your car by appointment and pay with CASH ONLY! And when I finally showed up to pick up the car my battery was dead and I had to jump it myself. Better Business Bureau, REPORTED! In cahoots with Niagara County Sheriff's Department, CONFIRMED!

They were there quickly after the accident. Towed my Lexus to their secured yard Met us there on Sunday so that we could get our personal possessions out of the car. Jim Page was very friendly and professional. His daughter was also very professional and friendly in answering my many questions.

I was in a car accident a little over a month ago, the Niagara falls police department arrived and they did a great job...i thought. the police officer i was speaking to asked if i had AAA, i said yes and gave him my card. He came back and told me AAA was going to take to long so he called a private towing company WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I have come to find out that he never called AAA and also that pages is sub-contracted with the police department. my car was totaled. the following day after my accident i called pages towing and told the female i have legal documents and medication in the car. she told me no one was at the yard and she would call me back the following day. I never got a phone call. I called the next day and she told me i have to pay 180 dollar towing fee before i could get my things. I said i was not going to pay that I have AAA, she became very irrate and then hung up on me..finally my boyfriend called a supervisor at police station and they had an officer meet us tow yard and we were greated by the co-owner jim page who my boyfriend or myself have never met or spoken to. My boyfriend was told not to come on the property to help retrieve my things and started screaming at us and calling us names. the plates were removed and turned into dmv. the female who is very nasty to me on the phone said that i did not call pages towing until a month after my car was towed without my permission. AAA called pages and asked if they would accept payment for tow fee from the date of the accident....girl at pages said no because its been over 30 days and im being sued. All I have left to say is i cant wait for court....i have already obtained everything i need to prove that the female owner at pages has lied. all i wanted were my personal items
