Jim is such a nice guy... I work right near there so when I got a flat tire he fixed it in a jiffy and his prices are very honest... then I had a blinker issue and once again Jim took care of it... as an automotively illiterate individual its nice to know that there are still kind and honest mechanics around... I recommend them very much

They were very helpful when I totalled my car and needed a place to take the wreck

It's Saturday afternoon 3 days before July 4 and my car starts making an awful noise, so I call AT&T Roadside Assistance for a tow. After being left on hold for nearly 15 mins, the representative comes back and offers this company's services--for an out-of-pocket expense of $75!! Mind you, they will collect a sizeable fee from AT&T. You can't possibly consider this anything more than an attempt to extort money from someone in need due to the timing. I politely declined to be fleeced and will wait until a cheaper alternative is offered. I would NEVER consider using this company based on this experience.

Not a good company at all. Not professional in the slightest. Takes a very long time to send out a tow truck to help. Also didn't have cables on the truck at all.

Called for roadside assistance, said crossroads was going to come in 34 min. So 40 min goes by I called them and they said another 20 min to wait along with saying that, whoever answered was not pleasant on the phone as If i was bothering her... never again i will pay cash then to deal with them giving me a tow from my insurance again. Smh dam shame nothing is professional anymore.
