I was recommended by a car shop to get my Jeep towed by them. The owner is a great guy that cut me a deal because of my situation. He told me an accurate time the tow would be, an accurate price, and when I ended up not needing a tow, was even nicer and charged me minimum for his service he did provide. The drivers were nice and kept me updated when the tow was to arrive and helpful with my situation on short notice. They went above and beyond for their customer service.

I love to see a company that goes above and beyond like these guys did. I would highly recommend them.

They got my truck out when no one else could! My vehicle decided to break down in a tiny back parking lot, making it difficult to access. I called "the local guys" first. They showed up, told me it would be impossible to tow it out of there and left. Called Empire. Explained the situation. Not only were they able to get a tow vehicle into the lot, they got my truck running long enough to drive it out onto a main drag for easier towing. Great customer service!

Extraordinarily rude! After waiting over 90 minutes the driver proceeded to cuss out my rather frustrated mother and hung up! I highly do not recommended these guys!

Our moving company hired Empire Towing to pick up our car for a transfer to another state. Our driver was Dana. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and cared about our car. He treated our car as if it were a collector's items (it is to my husband). Thank you Dana for your great service!!
