Got stuck in snow in rigaud on a very cold day. They placed us on priority and arrived in less than twenty minutes. The operator was courteous and professional. He spoke to us in both French and English as we speak French but missed a few of the French words. It cost about 90 dollars with tax and they were able to process by credit card. So maybe a bit pricey but good service.

Normand Towing Rigaud aka Remorquage Beriault - HORRIBLE SERVICE, STAY AWAY!!! We're from Ontario, Budget truck broke down, we called Budget, they sent these guys. The towing guy get there late, comes to talk to us only speaking french. We tried speaking to him, but he only spoke french... He said This is quebec parle francais *****, got in his truck and left. We were left stranded and had to wait for 2 more hours until Budget got another company out onsite... WE WOULD LIKE TO REMIND THE DRIVER AND ALL THE STAFF OF THE COMPANY, THAT YOU ARE IN CANADA/NORTH AMERICA (9km AWAY FROM ONTARIO) AND THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS NOT SEND PEOPLE TO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS THAT CANNOT EVEN UNDERSTAND 1 WORD IN ENGLISH... EVEN IN FRANCE, THEY WOULD OF HAVE HELPED US OUT EVEN IF THE PERSON WOULDNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. THIS IS HORRIBLE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL NOT TOW YOU IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH.
