I wish I could give this company 0 stars. BBB is absolutely impossible to get a hold of we have left countless voicemails in an attempt to clear up an ongoing situation that we deemed as quite unfairly taken care of by BBB. As a company who paid for the services and "benefits" this company offers - we feel we didn't get the support we were promised and the communication from Fiona Dunbar was basically non-existent. As a director, I would expect a little more customer service - at the very least a call back. Save your money, I do not recommend getting involved with BBB.

Scam organization. They are a "for profit" organization but try their best to mislead consumers into thinking they are a government organization that protects consumers when they're not. Businesses can pay for a A rating and remove reviews (Check ABC News investigations on BBB where they created a fake business and received an A rating after paying money) Just the other day I wanted to leave a review to a business where they charged my credit card without shipping my order, then cancelled my order after I asked for an update, and finally the business never refunded my card. The business unapologetically told me to wait 5 business days for my refund when they never should have charged me in the first place and 10 business days later I still have no refund. The order was not a price error, the item I ordered has been at that sale price multiple times and it was not the historical low. The review did not use any profane or overly aggressive language. BBB would not post my review, first claiming I used a fake name (??? there was no order # required so some big assumptions must have been made...) then claimed it was an administrative judgement on the second attempt...lol

During my business years, this company have been bankrupt 2 times , as they call non profit organization it simply gimmick. That the reason we've decided not to prolong our membership with these scam artist. But they purposely lowering your score , so they can blackmail your business. Also they wouldn't pass positive reviews if your business don't have membership with BBB, they would pass anything negative fake , but you have no say ,because your are not a member. An awful person with the name FIONA, as she supposed to be on of the higher management, never responds to email or phone calls, very rude and does comment on your accent with some racist remarks ( I am filling a case through Humans right) BBB DOESN'T REPRESENT THE HONEST INFORMATION, DOESN'T CONSTITUTES AS A TRUTHFUL SORCE . There is others more truthful review sites with both sides of the story.

"We report all complaints that qualify for publishing, in order of the date they are received." I wonder what qualifies for publishing. I bet a subjective power-triping person sitting behind a desk. So let's get the fact straight, there are companies who have bad reviews that customers will never know because its suppressed. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. You need to be shutdown! This is not a non-profit, this is a scam at it's best.

Warning: DO NOT TRUST BBB REVIEWS As many have complaint below, they are all fake. For companies that pay, they remove their negative reviews. Many of the companies you see with "A" ranking are actually very bad business but because they pay BBB, they are able to get an A ranking. BBB is the biggest SCAM of all.
