Affordable option for moving within the city. I had to move from Kitchener to Waterloo so decided to give it a try. After booking a truck online, picking up the key took less than 5 minutes and returning the key took less than 5 seconds. Got my invoice through email 1 hr later and realized they didnt even charge for gas (drove 16km). Thank you!

It is a good place to rent a van/truck. Prices are reasonable. You should book you vehicle in advance as the may not have full availability, specially on weekends. You have to register in their system once, which is useful for later rentals. Their units could be cleaner though, but you get what you pay.

I had a trailer hitch installed here. U-Haul charged me half the price that everywhere else quoted me. They did a quality job. I would highly recommend!

I went into this location (Charles/Victoria) on Thursday to look and price out a storage unit. I received excellent service from Paul and said I would be back the next day. I came back the next day, Friday March 16 2018, and I received the worst customer service. The employee, not Paul, seemed disinterested and worse was either being intentionally evasive or just ill informed. I walked out halfway through paying for the storage unit. He stated I had to buy insurance, did not give me any information about the insurance I was purchasing just that I had to choose one of the options. My insurance options were the following $6.00, $8.00, $10.00 etc. with increasing coverage limits as you went up in price. He said I had to pick one of them, I left and went to another place. Upon looking at the website when I got home the insurance is garbage, covers virtually nothing. And the KICKER I did not have to buy their insurance as I have home insurance.

Had a brake control put in. Realized a couple weeks later they didn’t use ANY mounting brackets for wiring to back of my van and the wires frayed as it was just hanging beside one of the belts under the hood. Could have caused a fire if the fuse didn’t blow. I prefer one on fairway. Service, cleanliness, organization, and selection all far superior.
