After being locked out of my car, 400 miles away from home, I googled a towing company and this company popped up first. I called the listed number and a man answered "Hello?" Due to the casual nature of his answer, I thought maybe the number was wrong, so I asked if this was a towing company, to which the man angrily answered, "You called me didn't you? Who are you and do you want?" I restated that I was simply looking for a towing company and added that I'm not from here and needed some help with my car. After this, the man says, "Well, since you don't even want to tell me who you are I guess we can't help you. Goodbye." I was shocked. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior in any company. To expect me to tell him my personal information without even confirming that this was the business I was seeking, and then to dismiss me after stating that I needed help was enough to bring me to tears in the middle of a parking lot. Thankfully Bluewater Towing knows how to talk to people and sent me the help I needed. Astounding.

Started off good. But my car got smashed into. I got sent to ER found out later my 50 dollar trailer cost me 256 dollars to tow! They could have thrown the trailer inside of my van that's how small it is. Instead of being understanding about it he just told me it would be 30 dollars a day to store it!! Do not let him near any of your vehicles or property you will immediately regret it. He even called me a donkey (you replace the word) hole behind my back (wife over heard). If you want a headache and feel like you banged your head through a concrete wall call Feenstra's no customer service what so ever. Run run run!!

Jamie was kind and walked me through the expensive decision making that comes with towing a car. Thanks for helping me through a bad day.

I was having a pretty disappointing day. My car broke down after work on my way to pick up my new vehicle. I had waited over an hour and a half for a tow from CAA and was told it would be over a half hour longer before they could dispatch a truck! I called Feestra's towing and within ten minutes they were there. They were quick and had amazing customer service. I would definetly recommend their services to anyone in the area! Thanks for brightening up my day!
