This company is absolutely terrible. The company I work for has rented trucks from this same location, at least once a week, for almost 6 years. Yesterday was no different. After I was home after work I received a phone call from this location but I missed it. I then received a text message stating there were issues with the rental. They stated that we didn't put enough gas in the truck and the truck was left dirty. Both of these are inaccurate. So this morning, I called to try and get this resolved and got no answer. I called a total of 10 times throughout the day before I finally giving up. The location at 112 Clarke Road refused to answer the phone. I finally decided to call the 1-800 customer service number instead of the local number and after 10 minutes of hold music, I got a very unpleasant woman. She refused to help me in any way because the account is used for business and my name didn't appear on the account (even though I'm the one who has set up every truck in the last 2 years). Overall, U-haul needs to change their business model or take a look at some of their locations because it is getting ridiculous. Spend a little more money and go to Bennett as they are a much better company. U-haul is cheaper but you definitely get what you pay for.

One of the few Uhaul locations that I’ve actually not experienced issues. They are the main location in London and have great inventory. They are also the closest location to both London and Toronto airports as far as I know. Large store inside for straps, racks, tape, boxes etc if you need that. Definitely try to use this location if possible in London.

I don't know why they bother having those satellite locations when more than likely you end up picking up here. I ended up having to drive an additional 28km because my reservation got moved to this location. When I got here, the entire Uhaul online system was down so the wait was over an hour but despite that, I couldn't keep my truck any longer to make up for the lost hour.

Yes, I found the staff friendly and accommodating, I had a hitch installed, good job by young fellow, found that the place is very busy, line ups to get rentals, need more staff, dedicated to serving the moving crowd, need a larger show room.

The overall service is good, but twice now they have overcharged my credit card. Last time they actually cancelled my appointment because I arrived at 535 instead of 530pm. They corrected this, but it’s not convenient.
