Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. Not pushy. Listened to what we needed and provided without over selling. Highly recommend. Typically we are not Dodge people but their excellent service converted me. Will definitely return. Tyler and Chuck were fantastic to deal with.

Got my son and I back on the road after a mechanical issue almost ended our road trip. Everyone there was great! Went the extra mile to get us back on the road! Thanks for the great service (and fair price too).

Hi, I just wanted everyone to know how impressed I am with Kingston Dodge Chrysler Service Dept. and Kim, the service manager. I had a mysterious starting problem with my Chrysler 300 which was very elusive and difficult to diagnose correctly. I took the car in to Kingston Chrysler and they had some problems pinpointing the root of the problem. The car was in and out of the shop for awhile until finally the service dept. determinedly figured out the problem. Although car problems are always frustrating, I feel they did work hard to resolve the problem completely and economically from my standpoint. Now the car is perfect. Very easy to give a strong recommendation to this great dealership and service dept. Vic

I'm writing to extend my sincere thanks for the absolutely wonderful service extended to us last Thursday. This past May I purchased a Jeep Patriot from Steve Cheesman, and I told him then that the transaction was one of the most stress free and satisfying purchases of my life [ and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my 65 years ] This vehicle was intended for my daughter, a new Mom [ our grand daughter was only 8 days old when we made the purchase ] She lives in Kingston while we reside in Sharbot Lake. When she informed me of what she believed to be a malfunction of the air conditioning system, I made the appointment for service and, it being her first time with this, drove down to attend the appointment. Everyone was so helpful and kind she felt totally at ease even while attending her 3 month old during the process. Special thanks to Devin, who went out of his way to go over all aspects of the air conditioning controls, and helped with the removal and reinstallation of the car seat. Wonderful.! I certainly will be recommending Kingston Dodge to all my friends and family. Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and helpful, including the cafeteria lady [ great cookies ! ] Yours truly J. Hi all, I just wanted to post a “Fantastic” experience I had at Kingston Dodge Chrysler (JEEP) yesterday. First, I’m fairly new to Kingston so was looking for some Jeep Dealer support to have my 2017 Jeep Rubicon Wrangler serviced. (Specifically I needed my vehicle computer “Flashed” so it would accommodate a back up camera.) My first point of contact was with Michelle in the service dept. I can’t say enough about this experience. Michelle was pleasant, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable of what I needed and was trying to do. (I should also note I “did not” have an appointment for service and being new to Kingston I had not bought my Jeep here. I was a walk in....) Michelle listened to my needs and then took a moment to wander into the service bay area to locate the Technician to see if they could squeeze me in that day. When she returned she informed me that she could get me serviced in about 5 minutes. Wow! Michelle then proceeded to informed me of the on-site cafe/breakfast area upstairs should I want to have a coffee or breakfast while I waited. (excellent area and the omelette was fresh/home made) Before I could finish my coffee/breakfast I was paged my vehicle was ready. Another Wow! Absolutely AMAZING dealership and service....this is extremely rare to find nowadays. So, Thanks so much Michelle and KUDOS to the Tech and all the staff at Kingston Dodge Chrysler (and Jeep :) for setting the bar for all other dealers.....believe me I’ve been to many in my travels and none compare to this experience. Will definitely have my Rubi serviced here again. Made my day..... Randy.
