The vehicle worked just fine, and the young man was very polite when we returned it; however, our initial experience was with a very brusque and rude young man who seemed to have the personality of wet cardboard. Absolutely no engagement or polite behaviour, and made us feel that we were more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Will not return here if avoidable

This place trided to steal $411.59 from me and refused to give me a recipt for the full amount paid this location is sneeky and i would advice you to use a different location if at all possible. The custamer service here is some of the worst. So if you do use them make sure you double check everything and bouble read everything before you sign a thing from them, even if they claim its from head office.

I rent trucks from this location approximately twice a year. On this particular visit I was greeted by the store manager, Rob Kilfoyle. He was very friendly & helpful. I really feel he went above & beyond from what I would expect going into a U-Haul dealership. I would like to thank Rob for all of his help. I will certainly recommend this location to others & I most certainly will be a returning customer

Dearest Google Review reader, As you can plainly see from this review and others, this location does not know what the definition of "reservation" is. They consistently show a pattern of scattering to absolve themselves of all responsibility when things go awry. I'm not going to sit here and lecture about the customer always being right. But when you're choosing to be a franchised store of what is essentially a self-moving company, you shouldn't be surprised that your sloppy errors can disturb schedules. And you most certainly shouldn't be surprised that customers are taken aback or even livid when reservations aren't honoured when your entire business is based around "Pickup at THIS EXACT TIME and drop off at THIS EXACT TIME with the gas at THIS EXACT LEVEL". Although I'll concede that it IS surprising given that they go so far to enforce the letter of their agreements when it comes to violations from the customer whereas they do everything in their power to blame you, or even corporate, for their simple mistakes.

Deplorable! I should have read the reviews before they messed up my reservation 2 times and then couldn't even install a hitch. This place is not worth your time or money. Rooster Dog's review is spot on. Find another UHaul store if you must. Staff are defensive and terrible customer service.
