Absolute worst experience ever with this company. I called on Saturday to make a booking for a tow from Sarnia to Markham. It took approx 3 phone calls and 4 hours of back and forth to finally get her to take my info It was all booked for Sunday @ 8AM, she assured me its no problem the vehicle will be delivered. Sunday afternoon rolls around and I find out its not even picked up yet I call Pro star phone number easily 7 times and they screen my calls and don't even answer me but rather text saying their truck broke down. But they didin't even have the decency to call me or notify me I had to find out on my own Anyone looking to use their service Do yourself a huge favour USE SOMEBODY ELSE . Use Preferred *Organized , professional , timely not these pro star jokes I am going to call CAA and make a huge complaint. I hope the owner sees this and decided to make it right !
