I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Nadeem, the owner from Ottawa towing and recovery. I received VERY fast assistance and punctual arrival time. However, what stood out the most was the quality of person he is. He secured the scene and ensured that I was emotionally okay. My car is back up and running smoothly. He was recommended to me by my son's football coach. by far was the GREATEST towing experience I have ever received. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Exceptional service!!!

By far the best towing service out there and the only one I’d ever use. Stay away from every other towing company if you want great service. I’ve had nothing but issues with other companies until I have tried this one. They offer Great service, and are very respectful of your vehicle and belongings. Kind hearted people. You can’t get any better than that. The second they are on the scene, they are willing to help and you can actually tell they care and they’re very patient with you. Definitely recommend.

Ottawa Towing and Recovery is the bomb. That simple. I lost my car keys while at campus, and Nadeem agreed to meet me in the parking lot at 7:30 AM. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, and got my car loaded in good time. We made it to my car dealership. He also honored the price he'd given me the evening before on the phone, which was honestly lower than I'd expected it to be. No tricks, no surprises. Just straight-up awesome service. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow in Ottawa

I just want to say THANK YOU! For such quick and efficient service. I have had to call a few times now and I am never disappointed. Your customer service was top notch and the main reason why I keep calling you back. I will most definitely refer you to anyone that I know who is in need of speedy towing service with a smile. Thanks again!

EXCELLENT!! I experienced professionalism from the moment the phone was answered to the arrival of the tow truck (at the promised time) to the loading and securing of the vehicle straight through to the delivery of the vehicle to the mechanic's shop. The dispatcher listened to my needs and communicated them properly. The driver, Nadeem, arrived with a smile and conveyed a sense that he really WANTED to help me, not that it was just a job he was assigned to do today. I cannot express with words how reassuring that was to me! Thank you, you've got my highest recommendation!
