My husband and I bought a 2008 Georgetown, Forest River motor home in February 2018. The unit was well serviced, cleaned and the sale person showed us how everything worked. There was no pressure seller. We had a very friendly service. On way home driving the unit, a big glass door came loose and broke. We ordered new wood doors to replace those glass doors. Once all this was done and set up, we showed the picture to the Manager Joe Reid who very generously agreed to partially reimburse us with some of the expenses. We are very appreciative of the reimbursement. Open Roads RV went above and beyond with service. We really enjoy our RV and definitively recommend Open Roads RV in Stittsville.

My family and I just attended a rural weekend wedding in the Stittsville area. Rather than getting a hotel room we opted to rent a travel trailer for the weekend and stay on the property. Ron set us up with a fantastic trailer that was delivered and picked up. We had an amazing weekend and having the trailer was a perfect solution! Thanks again Open Roads RV!

Hilarious and very friendly service. You must chat with Frank if you go there. I'd buy a trailer just because of him. We'll know more tomorrow if we can work out a deal. Thank you!

Bob and Jason both listened closely to what our family was looking for. We were shown several models and ultimately ended up with our very first trailer. We are very happy with the service we received. Polite and not pushy in the least. Great experience!
