The mechanic was very helpful and willing to talk about my transmission problem even before they opened for the day.

They have had vehicle for 4 months out of 5. Doesn't seem to fix the problems. Says they do! But dont! They seem to waste a lot of time! I just got triple a last month and have used 3 of my roadside calls already. Vehicle doesn't last more than a week. Parts come apart while driving it! Yes they have replaced the parts but still doesn't drive! Been the worst experience I ever had dealing with a business!* update* They are tracking down the source of the problem! Hopefully it gets fixed this time around. If so, I give my full respect as a business! And apologize! It has been a rough road to getting it fixed. Won't ever own a Cadillac escalade again. Lol. Thanks again continental transmission for trying to fix it and not giving up on it.

I have been going to Continental Transmission for years, they are top notch, professional and go above and beyond. I have had a transmission replaced here in the past and they stand behind their work so if you have any problems they will fix it. I brought my car in for a check engine light and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix my car in an hour. Customer service is their first priority and always strive to achieve that goal. I love these guys and recommend them to everyone.
