I had my Challenger in yesterday on a recall along with oil change etc. I was pleasantly greeted and while waiting checked out new/used vehicles. Salemen were extremely courteous! My car was completed in less time then expected. When paying at the cashier office the women were more than courteous. My experience was the usual, perfect in every aspect! Thank you, Donna Kuehn

I took my vehicle in to have a recall fixed. I made an appointment and the person in the phone told me it would take two hours to have the repair completed. When I got there for my appointment, they said they would have to order the part (even though hey knew which recall I was coming in to have fixed and should have had the part on had already). They told me it would be in by early the next week and that they would call when it was in. 2 1/2 weeks later, they finally called to say the part was in. Made an appointment and had it fixed. When I went to pick up my car that was only there for a recall, they tried to charge me for a vehicle inspection that I never asked for or consented to. The kicker is that they said everything was good on the inspection - my husband is a mechanic and knows there are several things that need to be repaired soon on the vehicle and the dealership mechanic didn’t catch any of it. I will never take my vehicle back to this dealership.

The parts department charges full msrp for parts, if you dont need it right away your much better off ordering online.
