Flat Tire on RV repair

We were 5kms out of Kincardine when my Left Front RV Tire (dual axel) blow out...when my TPMS alert went off when the PSI went down from 65PSI to 48PSI I slowed down immediately and within secs the PSI went to 4...I put on my hazards...pulled into a nearby business lot off of HWY21 and called CAA...Rowes was there in 20mins...the driver (Chris...man deserves a raise) changed the tire w/the spare I had on the back of the RV. Thank you Rowes :)

awesome customer service. Friendly and quick and felt like they really cared about repairing my car. Scott Rowe was excellent to deal with and I would happily return.

Our car battery died while camping at Inverhuron. We called a different place first and they said they couldn't help us and hung up. We called ROWE Motors and they said they would help us, so we got a boost and headed over to the shop. They checked the battery for us and it came out OK and they didn't charge us for their time. Friendly service. This experience made our day, we were very pleased with the staff at ROWE Motors.

The car wouldn't start so CAA sent a truck to boost it, is still wouldn't start. The car was towed to Rowe Motors. As expected the battery was dead the diagnosis cost $88 plus tax, my bill was over $400 for the diagnosis and battery replacement. Lets say I am not happy as I could have got a battery at Canadian Tire for $137.99. Suffice to say never will I have any work done at Rowe Motors again. The star I am giving the tow truck driver

Knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating facility. We were there for 3+ hours for an installation ... staff were professional and accomodating.

Not very helpful but the guy that worked there was friendly enough. I needed a safety done. The next day he claimed the car needed thousands of dollars worth in repairs, far more then the car was worth. It felt like he went out of his way the make sure it wouldn't pass... $10 worth of rocker guard and some elbow grease and the car passed safety somewhere else lol ... I will never go back
