I recently had the displeasure of driving 690 kms to look at a 27 ft 2014 keystone Outback trailer at Leisure Days in Smiths Falls. Jim, the salesman, could not have been more of a liar had he even tried harder. He tried to tell us that the fading on the nose needed only a "buff job". I googled that and found out that this was a common problem on these models and the nose had to be sanded and re-painted ($3,000.) The manager, who I never seen, would not budge on the listed lot price. Further to that, when I asked why the TV was gone as well as other more expensive items, he told us an older couple had "just" traded it in on a 17 ft trailer and had "raped" the unit before the trade. However, that wouldn't explain why the supposed couch was missing the mattress cushions, to which he said "just buy an air mattress. Really?? I figured out that the trailer had been sitting on his lot since last year. It was clear that the stabilizer hitch had been removed some time ago because there was heavy rust on the spot where the bracket had been removed. Jim knew we were coming that day and didn't even bother to clean the unit up. It was filthy, smelly and even full of cobwebs. He tried to say that they hadn't had time to clean it yet because, again, they "just got it in". Jim was the most miserable lying salesman I have ever dealt with. He was rude to my wife and I. Needless to say, I walked away. I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy, and I'm an easy going kind of guy. As a footnote, I had to give them one star so I could post this. I would have given none!

Very poor aftersales service. Waited 2 months for a faulty jayco mattress replacement. Salesman I was speaking to was rude. Hung up on me when I complained about their service. They keep blaming Jayco for the delays. Never rung me back on progress of order even though they said they would. Amazing how nice they were when we were buying the trailer. And then how they send you to the back of the bus once you bought it. Never been treated so poorly by the person answering the phone when the service and parts staff are not there. The parts people are nice but seem to be a little overworked. Will never reference this place to anyone or buy another RV FROM THEM ! I suggest go to a city to buy an RV. In conclusion. Poor after sales service. Rude sales staff Very slow parts replacement And was told the customer isn't always right. Was even told to goto another dealer to get a warranty fix. -5 out of 10 for this dealership.

We have purchased 2 different travel trailers from Leisure Days Smith Falls over the last few years. We were very well served, with better prices than the dealers in Ottawa. Both sales and service have been excellent. A great dealership in a small town just outside of Ottawa, well worth the drive. Highly recommended.
