Leaving a review as an extremely grateful and impressed Canadian! I was driving back home to Ontario with friends from a conference in Grand Rapids. It was April so safe to say we did not expect the wicked ice storm that came up the morning we had to get back to Ontario. After a harrowing and slippery drive we stopped at Van's where the gentleman gave us a full inspection and tire rotation after discovering our front tires were bald as a cue ball! Not only did this no doubt stave off an accident once we hit the skating rink that was the 401highway over the border, but the service was given free of charge! So impressed and grateful and cannot recommend enough!

They towed my car from my apartment and when I went to get it out the impound 275 dollars later they brought it back with my muffler on the floor. The owner came out to see what happened and blamed it on rusted pipes witch I could understand but how come when I drove the care my muffler did not fall off all the sudden my car gets towed and it comes back like this. He also stated his workers said it was like that when they picked it up so I already know it was their word against mine so I did not argue about it. Another issue is when they impounded my other car and made me run back and forth the the police station because they said they didn’t have my keys but came up they had them the whole time. Also they gave a friend of mine a counterfeit 10$ bill. But on the other hand Jackie in the office is nice.
