Had the best experience, sales, finance, the whole package was incredible. Just want to say thanks for going the extra mile for me... Really loving my new truck!

DO NOT buy extended bumper to bumper warranty. Door panel is coming undone AT THE SEAMS and car is only 3 years old but exhaust is rusted right through, sounds like a stock car now yet my expensive extended warranty wont cover ANY of it. Boy those salesmen are good though. Made it sound SO sweet and really great when they were selling the vehicle. Last Ford I or anyone who listens to me will buy.

Went in for a trade in quote and a test drive for a new f150. Next thing you know I’m signing some papers and there taking my ownerships for my old truck with out even me saying yes to the deal. Almost walked out with a new truck. NOT cool very pushy sales guy. Let just say I didn’t buy the new truck went to valgagner witch was way better and bought a new f150.

I checked online to see when they are open and it says from 9am-4pm on Saturdays. Drove into Timmins. The sign is off and the doors are locked at 2pm on Saturday. Make sure you call them before trusting that they are open.

Worst customer service I've ever received! They are the most unorganized business by far in the timmins area. ..my vehicle has been in for the 3rd time and for the 3rd time I have to be the one to initiate communication. They have not completed the job for the 3rd time and now my vehicle needs to stay over night when the job should have been done in 3 hours! They will not lend us a vehicle nor do they have anything available to rent. Pathetic that we pay so much for a vehicle service package, and this is what we pay for, unorganization, lack of communication, and lack of being able to complete a job 3 times with in the time frame given 3 times. I wouldnt be surprised if the 4rth time is as ridiculously managed the same way...DONT BUY FORD
