Je ne suis pas un expert en mécanique automobile, mais j'ai l'habitude de réparer ma voiture moi-même. Je dois faire encore beaucoup de km en voiture et je doute que mon radiateur tienne le coup. Service CAA impeccable.

Quand j'ai eu un accident de voiture en juin 2008, ma voiture a été remorquée chez Pierre Lavoie, mais mon concessionnaire et ma compagnie d'assurances étaient à Sept-Iles et je devais me rendre à Rivière-au-Tonnerre. Chez Pierre Lavoie on m'a réconfortée, conseillée... on m'a permis de faire mes appels dans le bureau. J'étais contente de les choisir pour faire le remorquage de ma voiture jusqu'à chez Toyota à Sept-Iles. Depuis 11 ans maintenant, chaque fois que je passe à Baie-Comeau, j'arrête faire le plein chez eux, même quand je n'ai pas besoin de beaucoup d'essence. Je n'oublierai jamais leur gentillesse...
