Told me 45 minutes. They were there in 45 minutes. I also cancelled and rebooked the same day and they were still on time. Great service Steve the driver was great. Nice guy and told me off the bat the price, which was totally fair price. Thanks Dave's towing!

Horrible. The driver was zigzagging through FPC parking at 50kmh, nearly crushing pedestrians walking to their cars, while locating my car. Got mad at me for not standing where HE thought I should have been standing. Took off without towing my car.

The tow truck driver took over 45 minutes to show up. He did a good job picking up my car but he brought it to Dave's lot instead of the body shop. When I asked them to move my car to the body shop they lied about which day they towed the car so they could charge a higher price on the impound fee. Be careful they are a little sketchy.

My experience (2015). I have a trucking company and one of my clients wanted to dispose of an old fork lift. It wouldn't fit into my trailer so I called Dave's Towing. Guy answered the phone and I set up a pick up appt for the next day with direct delivery to scrap metal depot. I gave EXACT details about the lift and time it would take to load it (20-30 min max). The next day the same guy I spoke with on the phone shows up. A guy in his early-mid 30's. Off the bat he's acting like a dick with a smart ass, in a rush attitude. The lift was setup and ready to go on the dock. All that needed to get done was to winch it into the flatbed and secure it. The driver started bitching and complaing about how long it's taking only after 5min on site and he was upset about having to use the winch to pull it on when I clearly told him during the call that it was an old lift that doesn't work. He quoted me $200 and he wanted $50 extra (stupid me I gave it to him) and this was cash too, no bill. Also worth mentioning, the distance between pick up and delivery was 5.7kms...for $250, ridiculous! He did mention the owner was off on vacation, I wonder if anyone even knows about this cash job that went into his pocket. Call someone else to tow you stuff.
