The driver was very angry and rude, but the Owner personally called me and apologized. the call center staff were very helpful and polite. I have never had such amazing customer service, highly recommended.

They came earlier than they were supposed to (at first they told me I'd have to wait 1h30) which was a win for me! They called two times to reconfirm time and location (so they didn't leave me hanging, screaming hysterically to a time that passes while nobody's helping or answering to my internal questioning, which is nice) and the driver was super nice (Ronald! My savior!) BBUUUUTTTTTttttt.... it cost me 97$ (taxes included) to towe me 1 meter away from the pile of snow I was stuck in, so that I could park in the space I had previously shoveled my butts off (took about 45min/1h), said space that was 30cm away from the snow pile. Maybe it's just freakin' Canada's weather that sucks and not the towing company. But to my little back pocket it felt overkill on the cost. Meh. Still. Thank you for existing.

Worst towing company I have ever experienced in my life. Their 5 star rating is very misleading and false. They lied continuously about what time they were arriving. They said 30-40min and I waited 2 hours and 30min, called them over and over again while I was stranded in Montreal (and I live in Ottawa) and they kept saying we wikl be there in 20min. They never showed up so I had to call other towing companies. The towing company that did show up in under 15min was Remorquage Mobile they provide a great service. Remorquage Montreal is horrible and I'll never forget that experience.
