Worst service I've ever had in my life. Called at -12c for a service call car boosting. I was told he was sending someone right over. 35 minutes later I called back to ask where was the guy and to say I was waiting outside in a parking lot with no way to warm up. He said I was third in line and to wait my turn. I asked the guy what is he waiting for, that I freeze solid. Hanged up and started walking to a Bus to warm up and get back home. I called back once in the bus and he said someone was on his way there and I told him to cancel the service since I was going back home to warm up. He yelled at me: "I hope you freeze solid." and he hanged up. Once back home I subscribed to CAA and got back there and CAA dealt with the guy directly and 25 minutes later my car was running. Bottom line is PDL Remorquage is only if u have no other choice... If you do... GO through third party since the owner has no empathy, no customer service, no knowledge whatsoever on how to deal with people. Should have advised me that I was third in line so I don't stay stuck at -12c in the middle of a Parking lot and walk back somewhere to warm up. Call be back to let me know the guy is on his way... Or just asked me if I'm waiting outside... Not just flush me over by saying someone is on his way when it's not and you gotta wait an hour to get someone. The crew agent that was by CAA to do the repair was just fine. Very polite and helpful. That's where the second star come in because without him this review would have -5 stars. Kudo for the guy... But the guy answering the line was a nightmare to speak to and I hope never to have to again. AVOID AT ALL COST.
