This is the worst of the worst ! They towed my car fr a lot in Montreal because my ticket had just expired. I was on way back and saw my car being towed fr the lot . I called them right away and a rude lady answered the phone and would not give me any info on where i could come get my car ! I had to call back several times before she would give me address . I got a cab to take me the the address and on the way he told me that this company pays the owner on the lot money to watch the cars so he can tow them ! What a low down scum ....if that is the only way he can stay in business by playing on the misfortune of others then that is down right pitiful ! Oh I know why she would not give me the address right away because the tow guy had not gotten to the yard with my car yet because I literally seen him drive away. If I had reach there before it actually was put on yard she would not been able to charge me storage . Yes I paid 18.00 for 10 mins storage and 65.00 for the tow. Also they have no respect for your car ...I drive a standard and my hand brake was on and the towed my car with the hand brake engaged . When I asked her about that she said the wheels weren’t on the ground but when I seen my car being towed the back wheels were on the ground . They don’t care about nothing only the money that is going in there pockets . I would never call this company for any assistance in needing my car towed there are many more reputable companies. The place of business was a complete dump ! Think that it needs to be inspected ! I actually didn’t feel safe there . Hope this review helps when deciding on which tow company to use ...if I were you I pass on by this one if you value your car ! If there was 0 stars that is what I would have rated . Had to give one star to be able to wright this review .

Vocally harrasing and threatening myself and another young woman. They should be shut down. We called the cops, they want us to send them the videos we took. Please speak out if they had mistreated you.

READ THIS. CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION. they towed my car yesterday at 2:30am while I was picking up my girlfriend from work. I was away from my car for less than 15 minutes before I discovered my car was already gone. I called the clerk and began to yell at me over the phone. I called the police and they said they had no right to take my vehicle without notice and I do not need to pay the bill. THIS IS POLICE ADVICE. I arrive to pick my car up and waited for the police to arrive. Very calmly I explained the situation. Again the clerk began to yell and point towards me. Then the police approached me and told me to go get my car. I handed her my registration and she handed me a bill. Police said NOT TO SIGN OR GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION EXCEPT YOUR NAME AND YOUR LICENSE PLATE. They also told me if I do receive a bill, I can file a complaint to consumer protection and I will win my case. The police again mentioned they have HUNDREDS of people falling into their trap and its of course not the first time they hear of these people, and I can even file a police report to pursue them for grand theft of an automobile, which is a felony. trust me, I will be filing a complaint. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.

ACCEPTED A CASH BRIBE IN ORDER TO NOT TOW MY CAR! Their driver was a heavy set man with glasses set up in the parking lot of Petro Canada, on Atwater and Notre Dame waiting to tow people. I came outside and their driver had my vehicle on a his lift. He told me to "give what you have in your wallet" to him, in order to not tow my vehicle. ACCEPTED A CASH BRIBE IN ORDER TO NOT TOW MY CAR! Truck plate # is FJB1654 YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING FROM YOU! Corrupt Quebec towing company, not surprised.
