Put on hold 3 times by one rude CSR right after the other. Finally someone comes on to get my info and does it hastily at that. Then she puts me on hold again basically without warning. I hung up. Not dealing with that.

Broke down on 95S. Had to call AAA and was assigned to Fox Run. Due to my lack of knowing the DE area had to talk to Rick so he could discern my exact location. In speaking to him and upon his arrival he was patient, persistent in finding me, & very professional. We had an enjoyable chat during my tow home to PA. I'm glad it was Rick that was assigned my service call. Also appreciated his automobile expertise. Very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend!

Very easy to work with, driver went a pretty considerable distance to tow my vehicle to a shop, and to drive me home. Prices were very reasonable considering the great service I received. Highly recommend this towing company.

I have had the pleasure of using Fox Run towing on a couple occasions on 1 occasion my vehicle left me stranded at work, Fox Run Auto sent a loaner vehicle to me via Fox Run Towing, and then towed my car to the shop. This saved me the hassle of having to find a ride and or someone to transport my vehicle to a shop. The driver was very courteous and professional and used extreme caution and care with the handling of my vehicle. I will definitely use them in the future.
