Literally the worst place ever. Tow lots are saddest lowest must disgusting places of business there are. What they do is nothing more than legalized extortion. My week was made worse by having to have set foot in this place. You tell me where you see a "tow zone" sign. Merry Christmas indeed. 😡😔😡💩

Charged $35 extra as a "storage fee" for retrieving my car 30 minutes past midnight. I don't want to be unfair to Phil, I understand that he's legally entitled to upcharge if he keeps a car past 12:01am. I've actually paid that fee without complaint in the past when I couldn't pick up my car until the day after it had been towed. In this case, however - at just 30 minutes past - it felt excessive. If I find myself in need of towing service in the future, I plan to hire B&B Towing instead.
