Terrible Service & Rude Salesperson (Shawn Langlois) Never going back there again. Just avoid and go to a better dealership. Lied about everything, over price their cars.

These guys are good negotiators. Got my friend out off Gatineau for a good price. Had a little disappointment at the delivery of the car but the supervisor solved the problem instantly. The sales man Jeffrey would have had 5 stars from the beginning. Very nice stuff. Thank you guys

Requested history information on a high end car.Never recieved an answer to my email. I guess the net is not an important way for them to do business. If i am unable to get preliminary info about a car they are advertising before I drive 1.5 hours, then there trying to hide the true facts about the car! Not impressed! Update. The sales manager Michael Abdulmassi contacted me .The car Volvo XC90 had $10500 front damages, and another damage of $2300.00 in 2016.Apparently for them this is minor damage considering the car is $80000 new!

I am always a bit cautious buying a new car, but the team at Hyundai Drummondville made the experience much more enjoyable. Their sales people are friendly and knowledgeable, and take the time to explain the features. While I didn't end up buying a vechile this time, they definitely answered my questions, and I will be back to make a purchase very soon.

Bad service. Sales people don't call you back.
