We experienced great, warm customer service. Small issues with our trailer were quickly resolved by the service department. Great thanks to Sebastian Allaire, the technician who worked on our unit. He answered all our questions and took time to give advice and demos. Very happy.

Great quality and 5star customer service. The "Classic" is my personal choice, very spacious interior with a sleek design (no slide-out). 4.5 star craftsmanship, very nice.

We bought a one year old Prolite Escapade. The layout is great! Tow ability is fabulous. Our car tows 3000 lbs max. Easily handles this unit. However, the workmanship is really bad. Leaky window, turns out it wasn't sitting properly in the frame. Leaky bathroom vent, not properly installed. Leaky hot water tank, connections not properly done. The company doing repairs said they see a lot of us. We're retired so are gone 6 weeks at a time and attract a lot of attention with the unit. Particularly in the states because there doesn't seem to be anything along this line. This is our 3rd year with this unit. Once again that window is leaking and will go in for repairs when we return. It's really too bad!!

Stopped in on our way home to check out their compact campers...staff was very helpful and if we would have had a trailer hitch on the car we probably would have made a purchase!!

Has anyone had a problem with the slide out on their max 21? We just discovered that most of the wood holding it in has rotted.
