Easy to book service. (service reminders sent by e-mail or text) Flexible if change of appointment needed . Pleasant staff (although sometimes you can hear mechanics having their "shop talk" in colourful language :) but nothing that would make me take one star down from the review). Ted at the counter is very helpful and in case of a lineup his boss comes from the office and helps out. Vehicle always done on time. Competitive prices. So far no issues.

I just bought my first brand new SUV from this dealership. I first met with Mike, the sales manager, who was very welcoming and informative. He did a fantastic job at telling me about my options and helped me narrow it down to a couple vehicles that I should test drive. I felt like royalty from the second I walked in. Mike E, the gentleman who test drove the cars with us, was nothing short of amazing! He was very patient while I asked all my questions and throughly explained everything. As a woman going into a dealership alone I was very happy that I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Mike made some great suggestions, talked about his personal experiences with the vehicles since he’s also a parent and in the end I ended up with the best vehicle for my lifestyle. Moe in financing was extremely friendly and suggested some warranties that would help keep my car running smooth without being pushy. You could tell he really knew what he was talking about. He did everything he could to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted. When I picked up my SUV he seemed just as excited for me as I was. Patty, the receptionist jumped through hoops to make sure my registration was done accurately and on time. After several phones calls back and forth and constant communication my vehicle was ready for pick up. I would highly recommend this dealership and look forward to going back to visit everyone when my car needs to be serviced!

The second star is because I love the car. As for the service... the car was surface cleaned when I picked it up, not bad but not great, lots of dust and crumbs still in the drink holders etc.... it had a quarter of a tank of gas in it after the sales guy told me they just filled it, both key fobs were low on battery, after they made the sale the manager shook hands and said if I needed anything between then and when I picked my car up to call him or the sales associate, i called both and left messages for both and none returned the call. Also lots of 5 star reviews here because they try to put you on the spot in the dealership to leave them a 5 star review and hover over you until you do.... I refused.

Amazing experience, Chantal was fantastic and really understood what I was looking for. The team was upbeat and really down to earth. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to this dealership!

I was considering Mitsubishi as my next year around car until the last experience my daughter had with this Mitsubishi dealership. She had new summer tires and rims installed last year the tires are now ruined due to poor installation, balancing and/or alignment. Tires lasted less than one season. She's 21 years old and not familiar with the automobile industry and simply relied on the dealership to properly install tires. She had to go spend another $500+ on tires and they're not doing anything above it. I can't even get my mind around a dealership that's not properly installing TIRES and all the SAFETY issues this can create.
