Have been bringing my vehicles to this garage for a few years now and have had pretty good service until recently. I had my exhaust repaired in January, had to bring the vehicle back in February to have the repair, repaired!! Then just recently had to have the entire exhaust replaced due to it apparently being completely rusted out. As you can imagine this irked me as I paid twice for the same item that they worked on three times!! I have decided to stop going to this garage because of my customer service experience when dealing with this most recent issue as they graciously discounted a $400 job a whopping $20. The claimed that their motive was to save me $$ but it ended up costing me more in the end so why charge me full price?! Make your own decisions as they had been quite good to me up to this point but personally, I'm done!

I purchased a landscape trailer from Atwill approximately 6 years ago. Sine then I have been in to have it serviced but in all honesty, I have not been consistant with going in as often as I should. I failed to do the proper maintenance this year which ended up with me having the springs give out when we were towing it. First place we called was Atwell's. They immediately helped with getting the trailer picked up and brought to their location. Service was quick, repair was fast and price was very fair. Thank you. It was wonderful to have a company that we could depend on and who understood how important it was to our company to have the trailer back up and functional so fast. Great job Atwill.

I go here for car problems I cannot solve myself. The location is convenient for me and the staff have been good. I find it overpriced - but unfortunately it is one of the better prices in the area. Have had several car repairs done, no follow up issues based on repairs.

Drop off a golf cart 3 weeks ago, was told they were going to bring it in that day or the following day. Now we are 3 1/2 weeks later and keep getting the run around everytime i call. Its like they have the cart in storage and arnt working on it as every time i call i get, " no still didnt find the problem he is still working on it" so i guess i have 3 1/2 weeks of labour coming towards me lol. Im getting no calls, no follow up, nothing. Everytime i call i always get the same answer, still dont know still working on it......
