Driving home this evening and my truck decided to get a flat on the lewvan. Of course I left my receipt out in the truck so I don't know the gentleman's name but he was very kind and was very efficient. I would definitely call them again. The only issue we had was that the lady mentioned I could use my Visa debit and because she was out of the office he couldn't call it through their machine, and wouldn't authorize that's an actual credit card when he called it in. So I did have to go and find an ATM, which he followed me of course, but that would have been the only issue is that we have to run around and find an ATM after being told I could use my debit Visa.

Price quote up front, friendly and helpful staff, no complaints whatsoever.

I just had Neal our to help me move my work truck. He was so professional and did the job flawlessly. It’s been a hard day or so and he was seriously so nice. Best customer service ever! Totally recommend.

Our company was impressed the first time we used them, driver was there on time. Nice guy, everything good. A week later it was a different company. They were hours and hours late, which really messed us up and then the price was different than the week before. When i asked for an explanation, I was treated very rudely like I didn't know anything and it would only make sense the price is different when a different truck does the towing. What? Not only that, i got a quote from the office which I was told, "she doesn't know", so why bother giving quotes. Strange way to run a business if you ask me and work on your customer service skills, don't make promises to the client you can't keep.
