Reserved a moving truck and tow dolly. Got there at 8am and was advised that the truck was at the Broad Street location. Broad Street opens at 9 am. At Broad Street, truck needed to be checked in and inspected, but no tow dolly. Back to Park Street to get dolly. Finally rolled out at 12:30 pm. Ended up with two contracts: one for truck; other for dolly. This caused some confusion when I returned them at my destination. Found out that moving supplies appear to be competitively priced with other suppliers.

I would give no stars but that wasn't an option. Worst service I have ever seen. Staff are apathetic and untrained. Zero respect for customers. Reserved a hitch and install date on June 12. On July 2nd I arrived for my booked install appointment. Waited for 2 hours. I then received a phone call that the mechanic couldn't install it because he had training to do. I was told to come back on Thursday. I showed up on Thursday and waited for 3 hours till finally I was told the hitch wasn't there. Never going back!

Overall transaction was good. Just seemed very unorganized had a 9 am reservation finally left at 945. Overcharged for the truck an week later still have not had a return phone call from the locationor uhaul. Have submitted complaints online and talked to an agent on line that informed me I would get a call back and nothing.

terrible service. front desk lady was very rude. she ignored me and when I was speaking to her she was giving attitude and rolled her eyes. they are extremely slow when they are helping customers they will go on a break even if theres a line up out the building door. they have long wait times. NOT even worth 1 star. Almost forgot to mention she was racist with me she was giving me dirty looks. the lady didn't even return my full deposit refund. i waited 1hr in line to get through they were booking people on the phone most times then in line. will NOT return here again.
