I think the first review I did, didn't go through. So I would like to say again that the team of Joe and Brett did and excellent job of seeing that my wife and I were well looked after at all times of the day. If one wasn't there the other one was. We especially were impressed with being able to have two different demo vehicles overnight. They were pleasant and courteous and very accommodating. Kufos go out to both of them. Also a good job by Darren explaining our options and additional coverages even though it was after normal working hours. On a whole, Lois and I feel very good about are dealings with all the staff this past week. Thanks for a job well done.

The team at Capital Ford took the stress out of getting back up and running following a collision. Brett took the time to get an understanding of what I was looking for in a replacement vehicle. We took a couple vehicles out for a test drive to see which was a good fit. Next thing I know, we sorted out pricing and signed the papers with Brittany. She took the time to answer all of my questions which was greatly appreciated as someone financing for the first time. The team went above and beyond to make returning my rental vehicle and getting new plates on the vehicle a seamless experience. I should mention Brett sold me my original vehicle in 2012. It was great to experience the same display of excellent customer service years later. Thank you!

I am not much of a writer especially on reviews but all i can say is It was great and absolutely fantastic. The people who work there especially the ones who helped me were beyond expectations. They were incredible on explaining things to me and they weren’t even rushing things. Such a wonderful place if you are looking for a car.

My experience with Capital Ford was definitely a pleasant one! From the moment my husband and I came to the dealership the sales staff gave us space to look around and come inside at our choosing to have further conversations about purchasing a vehicle. The sales representative worked with us to find something that met majority of our needs and within a price point we wanted to pay. Even after closing the sale they took the time to explain many new features on the truck and ensures it was clean and ready for us to take home that evening! I would definitely recommend this dealership!

The service at Capital Ford Regina was amazing. We traveled into the city from 2 hours away, and ended up having car trouble!
