We’ve been using Brads Towing to move our equipment for a decade now. Brad and his team are exceptional to deal with in their office, and their drivers have always been great. We can always count on Brad’s to be there for us when we need them, and they go above and beyond to fit us in. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Class act!

I've used Brad's (heavy division, for semi's) many times over the years and I have been impressed every time. I only seem to have breakdowns in horrible weather, in the middle of the night! The dispatcher is always friendly and helpful, and I've never waited long for the driver to arrive. Their trucks are well equipped and most importantly, the drivers/operators are very knowledgeable and experienced. I HIGHLY recommend Brad's Towing.

Above and beyond experience today! I’m sure they had a hundred calls of cars not starting on a day like today but they were so pleasant on the phone and a shop worker came with his personal truck to get me running faster! I think it was only a 30 min wait, I was expecting hours!!! Even offered to follow me to my destination to ensure no trouble along the way. 5 stars from start to finish for sure!

Every single time I've had to call for service I've spoken with somebody courteous. Same for the drivers when they arrive. What makes it even better is the prompt service. Super super friendly people that work for this company in my humble opinion.

If there was a way to give less than one star, these greedy people deserve it. Being in an emergency situation with a vehicle stalled during rush hour traffic, great. Called brads. Told them I had 80 bucks for a tow, because that is what I had on me at the time. Not thinking clearly at this point, I just wanted off the road. Unbelievably, yet true, they refused me service. I was shocked to say the least. Called ALWAYS TOWING. Same conversation, their response..."Lets get you off the road before someone runs into you, then we will worry about payment." Total bill, $57.00, the driver got the whole $80.00. brads towing, you should be ashamed of your business practices.
