Really great customer service. The girl at the front desk was very kind and personable. Convenient and cheap rates to boot!

I went here to buy a box. The person in charge was friendly and helpful. The store was not very clean though. They are open late at night most of the times, which is a positive thing. There is ample parking available. Overall, it was a good experience.

Tell you to hold, then you wait for 15 min and they hang up on you

Customer service was not satisfactory. However, U-Haul is a good option for moving.
