Terrible experience very route driver. Refused toe the car in spite of the fact that we could not get it started. He left it in the middle of the street and exited the property. Completely unprofessional as well as rude, and kind, condescending and extremely unhelpful. Would never use their service. Be extremely careful with the driver's

Don’t give them your business!! These guys hit my parked car and are refusing to pay for damages. I even have the incident on video. I went out and got two different estimates that are nearly identical for the price of repairs, and the “manager” Mike shouted at me & accused me of extortion!! The police won’t help & say it’s a civil matter so now I have to take time out of my work day to deal with this in small claims court.... All because of their driver’s incompetence and their “manager’s” refusal to do what’s right. Don’t give them your business

I'm a professional driver. ..so far, in just a few weeks, I've seen lost dolly's flying, red lights ran (w/no drag lights, mind you ), no safety chains. Just, well, you know, lazy. Trucks look decent; but, can't avoid the ghetto generation I suppose. Until next time. ...Viva La Trump!!!

Lenard came out yesterday because I had a dead battery. Reference call #33049. He was so professional and knowledgeable about cars. He was efficient with the testing and in no time replaced my battery. Five stars for Lenard. You should be very proud of this employee. Thanks for great service. Terry from San Mateo
