Came as a walk in to get my nose pierced today, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Cody did my piercing, he was excellent at explaining the aftercare and what exactly was going to happen during the procedure. All the tools were sterile and neatly packaged, and the whole process was very quick. 10/10 would get pierced here again :)

I have had 1 tattoo and 8 piercings done here, and I recommend them to everyone. I have had 4 different piercer's and I loved all of them. They took their time to mark the placement of my piercings and make sure I was getting the look I wanted. They are super clean and sanitary. They are the best for piercings and they are honest with you about everything they are doing. They walk you through the piercing before it's done, while you're getting pierced they tell you what they are doing and they always go over aftercare and just how long healing time is. I will not go anywhere else for my piercings.

I've been here a few times for tattoos and piercings. Pretty good place over all and the work is great. But I was in yesterday with a friend to get a tattoo. While we were waiting, the man and woman at the desk loudly mocked me in a "funny" tone for what I was getting tattooed. Not impressed nor very good customer service.

. I had a script chest piece done by DAVE that was done so horrible . this was last summer . I was really not planning on going back there again but recently I thought about getting it touched up and filled in better to look better. I went in and talked to JUSTIN and a girl working at the front desk, who said that Justin would be able to help me out, get me in the next day. He gave me his card and mentioned to come in after 3pm the next day . I thought it was weird they never booked me in or took a deposit. Next day I go into the shop and they're making people wait forever to figure out whats going on - they dont know whats going on with me or who I am . They make me wait to talk to a different artist again just to be told they couldn't help me out lol . Basically all around this shop is JUNK . sure they have a couple good artist and art work for sale but the customer service is whack as hell . Ruins everything .

I don’t understand why I want to get some tattoos done and I need a picture from google to do it. The good artists are booked for months. I have been here three times this week and am discriminated and turned down to go somewhere else. The best way to make money is over charge and then turn everyone else away to another tattoo parlour. I’m confused how do you make money this way?
