The artist that did my tattoo was awesome no complains there. The tattoo is ok. Here is where two stars get lost. I called to ask a couple of questions about my tattoo. The guy who answered the phone (not the artist that did my tattoo) was extremely rude. He wouldn't let me get a word in. I figured why waste my time since he wasn't listening so I hung up. I was going to return for other tattoos but because of the customer service I will not be returning.

Got my first tattoo today and I'm in love with it! John did an amazing job, he was very professional and friendly. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I would highly reccomend getting tattoos done here.

Worst piercing experience of my life. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. got my septum pierced about three days ago... placement of piercing is nowhere near or on my sweet spot (directly on cartilage) which is ridiculous. Piercer did not formally introduce himself or make me feel comfortable about anything at all and got upset when I felt scared. PIERCER ALSO DID NOT STERILIZE AREA OF PIERCING BEFORE OR AFTER PROCEDURE. Needless to say... the people working in that shop are a bunch of jokers, and I’m (apparently) the biggest joker for trusting them.

Jokers has come a long way from when I got my bellybutton pierced back in 2008. Ten years later, I'm getting my first big tattoo piece started. My artist John was clean and professional. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I'm excited to finish my sleeve and recommend you pop in and give them a look!
