My daughter and I decided to get our first tattoos while in Boulder to make our trip together special. We went to Tribal Rites and Andrew was the artist we chose. He was amazing! He was so patient with us and especially with me since I could not decide what I wanted. He was honest about some of my ideas and steered me in the right direction. It was a wonderful experience and we both love our new ink! Place was clean and Andrew was meticulous and just a pleasure to talk to as well. Highly recommend! Thanks again Andrew!!!

I've gotten a couple of tattoos from here, and that's the only reason I'm giving three stars. Admittedly, this review is a little late, but I wanted to share my experience so no one else has to go through the same thing. I got a cartilage piercing here with a friend in the fall of 2016. The healing process hurt, as I assumed it would, but the pain never went away. I kept the piercing in for about a year and even tried switching out the original hoop for a stud, but the pain was still there. Finally, I gave up and removed the piercing altogether. Now, I'm left with a huge bump (about the size of a pea) and scarring on my cartilage that still has never healed, even two years later. The jewelry the artist used to pierce my cartilage was way too thick for this kind of piercing, and obviously cheap because of how badly my body reacted. I have had six other piercings and none of them have ever reacted in this way. I'm afraid the artist was very unprofessional (I never got his name) as he didn't take the time to get to know my friend and I or make any kind of conversation at all. He treated our experiences like an assembly line that he needed to get through quickly. Please do your research before you get a piercing so you aren't left in the same shape!

Got a beautiful sunflower tattoo by Andrew and couldn’t be happier. Great artist and was flexible with what I wanted. Definitely going to come back for my next!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I went to get my belly button pierced and as a plus sized girl I was afraid to be judged or turned down but I was very welcomed. Very professional and cleaned compared to the piercing place down the street 😬. The piercer was quick and straight to the point but very nice and professional The girl at the front desk told me about my Jcurve ring and showed me my options and helped me bling out my ring. It was all very very nice! Definitely go here!
