This happened a few years ago, and its a piercing review. I went to get a navel piercing, and the lady who did it put in a ring instead of a stud, and gave weird directions of taping it at night. It got a massive infection: the pierced spot was red, swollen, and leaking pus. When I went in to consult her on it she said it looked "normal" and that's how its supposed to look when its healing. I let it go for a few days, and then I noticed my body was rejecting the piercing... There was only a thin sliver of skin holding it in place. I went to a different piercing studio, and they informed me that Esoterik shouldn't have used a ring, and that the type of steel they used wasn't the right one for a fresh piercing. I now have a huge round scar above my navel, its gross. Don't get piercings here.

Shell has done every single one of my piercing. Really disappointed that she has stepped down :(. Me my daughter and my sister went in to get our ears pierced. Tiff is very Professional and she knows what she is doing she is very quick and gentle. But nothing beats Shelly’s customer service. Used to feel like family when I went to esoteric. and I felt like I was almost annoying tiff. Thank you for the piercings. And I will be back. But a smile goes a long way

I recently had 2 piercings done by Shelley. Love it! She knew what she was doing, explained why she was doing it the way she was, which no one had done before with any of my other piercings. I asked her a few questions about having my tongue pierced and why it wasn't happening after 2 tries by 2 different people. She looked at it, asked me a few questions, and her response was full of very important info that totally made sense vs what other people had told me. Had some trouble with my lip piercing for the first few weeks and the staff was totally awesome about answering my questions and didn't mind having me come in on several occasions to try different studs/hoops until we found one that worked. I asked about tattoos, got tons of info and decided to get one done. Went back after a few weeks and Juan did an absolutely amazing job. Quick and easy! He has a very light hand and made the experience enjoyable. Looking forward to my next tattoo by Juan! Thanks guys! :)
